A summer classic, but not as you know it! This ice lolly recipe is super easy to make, plant-based and packs in all those traditional strawberry & cream flavours, whilst benefitting from a protein kick.
Method
- Add all the ingredients (except the protein powder) to a bowl and blend until smooth.
- Add to this 30g of the Wild Strawberry Clean Lean Protein Powder and blend again until smooth.
- Carefully pour into the lolly moulds and lightly tap on a firm surface to release any air bubbles.
- Place in the freezer ideally overnight and enjoy!
