A super healthy take on a favourite dessert! Creamy, thick and packed full of essential nutrients.
Method

Add the crushed biscuits and melted butter to a bowl and stir to combine. Spoon between 4 small ramekins and press lightly into the base. Refrigerate.

Whip the double cream until soft peaks form, then set aside. To a large bowl, add the greek yogurt, vanilla paste, sugar and Good Green Vitality powder, stir until fully combined.

Fold the whipped cream through the mixture until fully incorporated. Spoon between the four pots, then refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

When ready to serve, top with fresh blueberries. Enjoy!
