This smoothie bowl is a must on a warm, sunny day. It's just like creamy vanilla ice cream but entirely plant-based and made using only 4 simple ingredients!
Method

Add the frozen banana, mama powder, protein powder and milk to a high powered blender and blitz until smooth and creamy.

Pour into a serving bowl and top with granola, cacao nibs and peanut butter.
