7 Recipes to make with kids this easter

We know that keeping kids entertained can be a challenge so why not get them busy in the kitchen this easter weekend?
We've rounded up some of our favourite yummy recipes using our Kids Good Stuff.

Brownie Bliss Balls
Ingredients
8 dates (soaked in warm water to rehydrate)
3 serves Nuzest Kids Good Stuff Rich Chocolate
½ cup ground almond
½ cup rolled oats
1 tbsp cacao powder
2 tbsp chia seeds
1/4 cup coconut flakes
1 tbsp coconut oil (melted)
Method
1. Place all ingredients into a food processor or high-speed blender and mix until combined. The mixture will be thick and sticky!
2. Roll the mixture into tablespoon-sized balls.
3. Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
Caramel Dip
Ingredients
16 Medjool dates, pitted
1 serve Nuzest Kids Good Stuff Vanilla Caramel
½ cup unsweetened almond milk
1tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp sea salt
Method
1. Place all ingredients into a food processor or high-speed blender and blend until smooth. You can add more almond milk it needed.
2. Transfer mixture to an airtight container and store in the fridge.
3. Serve with sliced fruit or veggie sticks.
Strawberry Chia Pudding
Ingredients
1/3 cup chia seeds
½ can of coconut milk
½ can of water (use the same coconut milk can)
1 serve Nuzest Kids Good Stuff Wild Strawberry
1-2 tsp maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
5-6 large strawberries (optional)
Method
1. In a large bowl, combine the chia seeds and Nuzest Kids Good Stuff WildStrawberry.
2. Create a well in the middle of the mixture and add the coconut milk, water, vanilla and maple syrup. Stir well ensuring that no lumps are left in the mixture.
3. Pour mixture into individual serving cups and leave in the fridge overnight to set.
4. Serve topped with sliced strawberries and a sprinkle of coconut flakes for some crunch!
Strawberry Yoghurt Bark
Ingredients
3 cups plain Greek yogurt (or plant-based yogurt of choice for vegan option)
¼ cup maple syrup
1 serve Nuzest Kids Good Stuff Wild Strawberry
1 ½ cups strawberries
¼ cup toasted muesli or granola (optional)
Method
1. Line a rimmed baking tray or shallow baking tin with baking paper.
2. Wash and slice the strawberries. Set aside.
3. In large bowl, mix together the yogurt, maple syrup and Nuzest Kids Good Stuff. Once well combined, spread the mixture on to the tray into a rectangle roughly 40cm x 20cm.
4. Scatter the strawberries (and granola if using) on top and place into the freezer to set until firm (roughly 4 hours).
5. To serve, cut or break into pieces.
Chocolate Overnight Oats
Ingredients
2/3 cup rolled oats
½ cup milk of choice
1-2 serves Nuzest Kids Good Stuff Rich Chocolate
1tbs chia seeds
2tsp maple syrup
1tsp cacao powder (optional but makes this recipe extra chocolatey!)
Method
1. In a large bowl, add the rolled oats, cacao powder, chia seeds and Nuzest Kids Good Stuff Rich Chocolate.
2. Add the milk and maple syrup to the mixture and stir well to combine. Cover the bowl and place in the fridge overnight to set.
3. Serve topped with fresh fruit or coconut flakes for some crunch!
Choco-Peanut Bites
Ingredients
2 cups of smooth natural peanut butter
1 cup of coconut flour
¼ cup of Nuzest Kids Good Stuff Rich Chocolate
Method
1. Place the peanut butter, coconut flour and Nuzest Kids Good Stuff Rich Chocolate into a bowl.
2. Using a spoon, mix well until a dough consistency forms.
3. Roll the mixture into tablespoon sized balls and place on a lined tray.
4. Place the tray into the fridge and leave to set for 1 hour.
5. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
Vanilla Fudge
Ingredients
16 Medjool dates, pitted
1 serve Nuzest Kids Good Stuff Vanilla Caramel

Method
