Chocolate Protein Doughnuts

Everyday should be filled with doughnuts, especially when they are chocolate protein ones - melt in your mouth delicious!

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 180/160°c fan and lightly grease a doughnut tin.

  2. To a bowl, add all the doughnut ingredients and mix until a thick batter forms.

  3. Spoon evenly between the 6 doughnut rings and place in a preheated oven for 15 minutes.

  4. Allow to cool for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.

  5. Meanwhile make the frosting by mixing together all the frosting ingredients in a small bowl.

  6. Once the doughnuts are cooled, spread the frosting over the top and add any extra decorations you desire like chocolate chips.
