Please email us to arrange a return or report a problem with your order. One of our Customer Service Team will be happy to resolve your query.
If you’d like to return your order for an exchange or refund, it must be received at the address below within 28 working days of the day after it was delivered to your nominated address, carriage paid.
You must notify us by email of your intention to return any item within 14 working days of the day after your goods were delivered to your nominated address.
We recommend sending your parcel using a tracked service as we are not liable for any lost or damaged items. You must make reasonable efforts to ensure that the goods arrive at the address below with the packaging not defaced and in a resalable condition as new, otherwise the right of cancellation will be void and the goods will be made available for collection, or there may be an extra charge for redelivery. No goods are to be opened, used, packaging defaced or returned in a non-resalable condition as new.
Your refund will typically be processed within 96 hours, although we are entitled to take up to 30 days from your emailed, written notification of the cancellation. Your refund is subject to meeting, in full, all the requirements as set out here.
Please clearly state your order number that the return relates to on your parcel.

If you require a full refund, please state this on your returns note. If you require an exchange, please make sure you include the full product name you wish to exchange your order for. We can only exchange items to the same monetary value the item returned. We will send your replacement item to the default delivery address on your account, if you want the replacement sent to a different delivery address please make sure this is clearly marked on your returns note.
we cannot accept any returns which have been opened due to Health & Safety requirements. We can only accept returns that are in their original, saleable condition. Please ensure you pack the goods sufficiently to ensure that they are not damaged in transit. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund/exchange. Since taste is subjective to each individual, we will not be able to exchange or refund any items due to taste preferences.
