Winter Immunity Bites

Ingredients

  • 2 scoops Clean Lean Protein - Rich Chocolate
  • 1 scoop - Good Green Stuff
  • 125 ml (½ cup) cacao powder
  • 60 - 65 ml (¼ cup) desiccated coconut
  • 200 g grated almonds
  • 1 banana
  • 125 g Medjool dates
  • 2 - 3 ml (½ tsp) vanilla essence

Method

  1. Process all dry ingredients until well mixed.
  2. Add dates, banana, vanilla essence and process until combined.
  3. Roll into balls and coat in extra coconut, chia seeds or melted dark chocolate. The choice is yours!
  4. Serve chilled.
  5. Enjoy!

Store covered in the fridge for up to a week.
